* Each additional state is $50.
** My fee for Individual Return begins at $90 per year, and includes 1 state, and processing of up to two W-2’s or 1099’s. Schedules (i.e. A, B, C, D, E, and F) are $80 each, and Standard Forms (i.e. 4562 – Depreciation, 8949 – Sale of Assets) are $20 each. I do offer a package tier of service for $350, which includes up to 2 copies of business income Schedules C, E, or F, or 2 copies of investment reporting Schedule D. For clients with multiple additional entities or properties, duplicate schedules are billed per standard rates. Non-Standard Forms (used for corrections and special tax circumstances) are also billed per standard rates. Estimates and notice is provided as soon as the need becomes clear during preparation or review.
*** An additional fee for CA Single-Member LLCs (Form 568) starts at $150. This is a disregarded entity for federal purposes and does not require special treatment for your 1040 Return. But LLCs are treated as a separate entity for state purposes and require a separate business return depending on the options elected with the relevant state authorities. In some cases a Single-Member LLC may need to be treated as a pass-through entity for federal return but as a partnership for state return, and a $350 Partnership return cost may apply.

What is your hourly rate?
My standard rate is $150 per hour, but I typically prefer to quote based on the scope of work and deliverables rather than time spent. This allows for clearer expectations, specific milestones, better value, and a more collaborative approach to achieving your goals.
Do you charge for printing and mailing returns?
My standard preparation includes a secure remote signature process, and digital PDF copy of your final return.
In some cases, it may become necessary to print and mail your return to the tax authorities via regular mail. If you request that I handle this for you, we can still complete the signature process remotely.
A fee of up to $40 per return, per year applies for printing and mailing services. This fee varies based on:
- Envelope and packaging requirements
- Return size and complexity
- Type of mailing service used
In certain cases, especially with larger or multi-part filings, the fee may be higher. All mailing charges are communicated clearly before processing.
How much do you charge for Individual Return?
My pricing ranges is $90 to $350 depending on complexity. This typically covers majority of my clients needs.

How much do you charge per Schedule when I have multiple businesses?
To ensure transparency and fairness, our base or package rate includes preparation of up to two Schedule C, D, E, or F forms. Additional forms are subject to the following standard rates:
- Schedule C of F (for separate business activities): $80 per additional schedule.
- Schedule E – Real Estate: Up to three properties are included on a single Schedule E. Each additional block of three properties: $80.
- Schedule D – Capital Gains and Losses: Includes up to ten transactions, grouped if possible. Each additional block of ten transactions: $80
In cases where multiple forms are required for distinct business ventures or real estate holdings, additional charges may apply based on complexity and volume. These charges are always communicated promptly and transparently once the need is identified—no surprises.

Do you offer Military Discount?
Absolutely! I am proud to offer a 10% discount for our Military, Law Enforcement, Teachers, and First Responders. Thank you for your service!
What are your operating hours?
I am available between 6 PM and 9 PM on Weekdays, and 9 AM to 9 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check my website for specific information on those dates.
Do you accept in-person appointments?
I’m happy to offer in-person appointments when needed, especially for clients who prefer face-to-face collaboration. That said, I’ve found that remote meetings often provide greater flexibility and convenience for both parties, allowing us to connect quickly and efficiently without the need for travel.
To support this, I offer a range of secure, easy-to-use software options, including Zoom, which many clients find to be a seamless alternative.
